How does Amazon revenue recovery work?
Products get lost or damaged by Amazon, inventories fall short of what you shipped, and returns get mishandled. These situations merit a refund to you, but tracking what is owed, filing cases, and disputing refunds is daunting because Amazon does not make the process seamless. Our dedicated team connects to your account and diligently files cases whenever we ascertain Amazon owes you money, and any money recovered is reimbursed directly into your account.
What does revenue recovery cost?
Once your reimbursement is secured, we invoice a fee of 25% from the recovered amount, so our fee only applies to money we actually get back for you. Service packages start at $1,500 for small accounts, $2,500 for medium accounts, and $3,500 for large accounts, with custom pricing for multi-brand operators. Size tiers are based on factors such as SKU count and number of markets.
How fast will I see recovered revenue?
We can only accurately determine the outstanding revenue once we have commenced the implementation of our Revenue Recovery Plan (RRP) on your account. After successful onboarding, you will start noticing a revival of your lost revenue within the initial 30-day period.
What types of cases can you recover?
