Simple monthly plans that scale with your sales channels and accounts. Small starts at $500 per month for 1 sales channel and 1 to 3 bank or card accounts. Medium is $700 per month for 2 to 3 sales channels and 3 to 5 accounts. Large operations with 5 or more sales channels get custom pricing. Optional add-ons like cash-flow forecasting and business data intelligence are priced by scope.
What is included in ongoing bookkeeping?
Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation, creation of monthly profit and loss statements, accounts payable and receivable management, and negotiation of payment terms for enhanced cash flow. A full line-item breakdown is available on request during your free audit.
Can you tell me my real profit per SKU?
Yes. We develop your cost of goods sold per SKU and run regular inventory valuation at the end of each period, which powers a per-SKU profit and loss view. Per-SKU P&L is available from $200 on Small and Medium plans, custom on Large.
Do you handle supplier and forwarder payments?
Yes. We arrange and execute payments to your product suppliers and organize payments to your freight forwarders, so payment operations run on time without you chasing wires.
Can you get my books ready for an exit?
Yes. Exit-ready financials are built into how we keep your books, and P&L exit prep is available as a defined engagement: from $3,999 for brands up to $1M in revenue, from $5,499 for $1M to $5M, and from $6,999 for $5M to $20M. Your books stay ready for buyer due diligence.
